The Exhibit Hall at the Hopkins County Civic Center is a large and versatile space that has been remodeled to cater to a wide variety of events. Whether you’re planning a wedding reception, a conference, a special interest exhibit, or any other event you can imagine, we’ve got you covered. Our Exhibit Hall measures 104′ by 72′ with 14′ ceilings and can accommodate up to 60 standard (8×10) booths in the exhibit-style setup. In the banquet-style setup, the hall can seat up to 500 guests in cushioned chairs around 8-foot tables. The space can also be sectioned by thirds using our acoustical dividers to make it more versatile for several separate meeting areas.
In any setup, we provide the equipment and facilities you will need to host a successful event. We have a full-service kitchen, clean restrooms, and concessions available. Our available equipment includes a portable stage, theater-style lighting, adequate electrical outlets, lighting and sound systems, and five projector screens.
